Day 04- A habit that you wish you didn’t have

Negativity rules my brain. I hate that. I automatically focus on the bad in any situation before the good. And I hate that. The cup is pretty much always half empty. I hate that too. So, I guess you get the idea.

I have honestly put effort into being a more positive person. And right when I think I'm doing pretty good, I realize that I've spent half the day complaining without registering it. Obviously, I need to work on this bad habit a little more. The worst part is that it irritates me when people around me are this way. When someone, say hubby, is being negative, I always try to play devil's advocate and try to help him see the bright sides of the situation.

Yep, I'm pretty messed up...
